Shipping Policy
Whenever you place a pre order, we have it freshly manufactured for you and shipped out. As a company policy, we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping within India is currently FREE irrespective of the number of items bought.
- Express shipping is INR 120 when the weight is below 1 kg. For orders above the weight of 1 kgs, there is a flat rate of INR 200 for Express Shipping.
- Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at thethreadweavers@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order weight.
- We use INDIA POST for our international orders currently and we charge Rs.2500/- for any order upto 2 kg, INR 5000/- for any order weighing upto 5kg and INR 7000/- for any order weighing above 10 kg.
- Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer.
- Orders are delivered within 15-20 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at thethreadweavers@gmail.com within 2 hours, of placing order.
WRONG ADDRESS OR CONTACT INPUT
- A request to change or modify an address or number will only be accepted before an order has been shipped.
- Changes to an address or contact for packages that are already dispatched are not possible.
- We will not be responsible for delivering an order if an incorrect, incomplete address or contact number has been added while placing an order. If a package is returned by our courier partner to us due to this reason, an additional charge of ₹400 will be applicable for covering the cost of NDR and re dispatching the order against the correct address/phone number provided by you upon further communication.
MISSING PACKAGES & FALSE DELIVERY DISPUTES
- If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered but you did not receive it, please email us within 48 hours of the package marked as delivered. We will raise a delivery dispute with out logistics partner.
- You can whatsapp us on +91-9431214056 / +91 9525444888 with subject line as ‘LOST/FAKE delivery mark’
- Requests received for delivery disputes after 48hours will NOT be accepted as we are dependent on the logistics partner’s terms and conditions for the same.
- A ticket will be issued with the shipping partner to get proof of delivery and further look into the matter. We are fully dependent on the conclusion received by the shipping partner and will keep you in loop with the same.
- We will do our best to find a resolution but will not be held responsible monetarily for lost or stolen packages.
- No replacements or refunds will be issued in case of denied disputes.
MISSING ITEMS WITHIN THE PACKAGE
- If your order has a missing item please email us within 48 hours of the package marked as delivered. We will raise a missing item dispute with our logistics partner.

- Requests received for missing item disputes after 48hours of delivery will NOT be accepted as we are dependent on the logistics partner’s terms and conditions for the same.
- A ticket will be issued with the shipping partner to and further look into the matter. We are fully dependent on the conclusion received by the shipping partner and will keep you in loop with the same.
- An unboxing video will be required as proof to claim any monetary loss of the missing item.
- We will do our best to find a resolution but will not be held responsible monetarily for lost or stolen items.
- No replacements or refunds will be issued in case of denied disputes by the logistics partner.
SHIPPING FAQ's
- What is the cost of shipping?
Standard Prepaid shipping cost for all domestic orders are free. While express shipping cost is ₹100 when the weight is below 1 kg. For orders above the weight of 1 kgs, there is a flat rate of ₹200. International shipping cost varies depending on the total weight of the order.
- How long will it take for the order to reach me?
For PREORDERS, it takes 15-20 working days to dispatch the saree. Once its shipped, it takes about 7-10 working days for Standard domestic orders to reach you and 5-7 working days for Express Shipping. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
For International orders, it takes about 15 -20 working days to reach you. We currently use India Post as a delivery partner but we are working round the clock to find quicker delivery options for you guys.
- What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91-9431214056 or write to us at teams@thethreadweavers.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
- My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and whatsapp message with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
