Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At The Thread Weavers, we offer the convenience of Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders. This allows you to confirm your purchase with a small advance payment and pay the remaining balance upon delivery.

How It Works

1. Advance Payment – At checkout, you will be required to pay [40% of the order value] online as a booking/confirmation amount.

2. COD Balance – The remaining amount can be paid in cash (or via UPI) to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

3. Order Confirmation – Your order will be processed only after the advance payment is received.

Why We Require Partial COD

• To ensure serious orders and avoid fake/duplicate bookings.

• To cover handling, packaging, and initial shipping costs.

Terms & Conditions

• COD is not applicable for orders above ₹7500 or during certain sale events.

• If the delivery is refused or cancelled, to-and-fro shipping charges will be deducted from your advance payment before processing any balance refund.

• If the delivery is refused, future COD orders will be restricted.

• In case of a return, the refund will be processed as per our return/refund policy, and the advance payment will be adjusted accordingly.
