Cancellation, Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes you may have a change of mind and we’re more than happy to help.
Cancellations
- All order except preorder placed can be cancelled for a full refund before it has been dispatched. If you have changed your mind, please get in touch immediately with us via email (team@thethreadweavers.in) or phone (+91 94312 14056). A preorder once placed cannot be cancelled at any time.
Returns
- If you’ve received the product in poor condition or the packaging appears to be tampered with, kindly do not accept the package from the delivering person and get in touch with us via email (team@thethreadweavers.in) or phone (+91 94312 14056).
- For any manufacturing defects, we’ll exchange the product with a same/similar one at no extra cost. Please ensure that you take an opening video of the parcel and send us the videos and details via email (team@thethreadweavers.in). The product needs to be sent to us with all original packaging, tags and box. We’ll be unable to process a refund if the product is missing any of the above.
- In case of any returns that is due to reasons such as incorrect address / phone number / unavailaibility of the customer, then the to and fro shipment charges will be borne by the customer.
Exchange or Refund
- As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold and dispatched. Please be very sure before purchasing the product. Once the pieces are dispatched they can be exchanged only if the aforementioned terms and conditions are met. Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired product is not in stock. Please get in touch with us via email (team@thethreadweavers.in) or phone (+91 94312 14056).
- Once acknowledged by the team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. The Thread Weavers will not be responsible for any lost shipment.The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

- The Thread Weavers reserves the right to inspect a returned product before processing the refund.
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
- We unfortunately do not have any return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at thethreadweavers@gmail.com for any queries.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and no refund would be provided.
- The refund amount takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
- Incase you do receive a defective product contact us immediately by emailing us at thethreadweavers@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot and video of the product opening and of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after investigation, no replacement would be sent.
Sale Period
- We do not accept exchange, return or cancellation on discounted products.
- We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.
