I ordered a saree for my mom and I gave my number instead of my parents, problem was I’m in US right now and the courier guys couldn’t reach me. I woke up to several missed calls and text from both the support team and the courier guy, the owner of the boutique herself texted me to know the issue. She was with me throughout the confusion and helped me till the end and got the saree delivered in time. Immensely thankful to Meghna who kept her cool and guided me what to do next and also took the initiative to get the saree delivered no matter what. And now when it comes to the quality of the saree, my mums eyes shone with joy the moment she felt the soft fabric and how breathable it was.
