Mithila Ki Kahani
In Mithila, women have been painting on cloth since before there was paper to write on. Every motif, the fish, the lotus, the peacock, the rising sun, carries a meaning passed down through families. Mithila Ki Kahani is our collection of handpainted Madhubani sarees on handwoven Tussar silk, where each saree is its own story, painted by hand, signed by no two pairs of hands the same way twice. These are not mass produced. They cannot be. Each one takes days. And no two will ever be identical.
