Whenever you place a pre order, we have it freshly manufactured for you and shipped out. As a company policy, we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

• What is the cost of shipping?

There is a standard shipping cost of INR 100 when the weight is below 1 kg. For orders above the weight of 2 kgs, there is a flat rate of INR 170

• How long will it take for the order to reach me?

For PREORDERS, we will highlight the dispatch timeframe on the product page. From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 working days for domestic orders to reach you. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control.We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

• What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91-9431214056 or write to us at teams@thethreadweavers.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

• My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
